About Julie Hicks

Julie Hicks brings many years of professional career experience to Snowy Residential, where today, she serves owners and tenants as a Licenced Agent to Licensee-In-Charge , Kathryn Healy.

Julie’s prior career was in the early childhood care industry, where over an approximate fifteen-year period, she launched and staffed multiple childcare facilities, each with up to 150 children under care. To say that Julie knows administration is an understatement!

Born in Canberra and raised in Bombala, Julie considers herself a native of Monaro. Julie’s expansive knowledge of Jindabyne and surrounding areas means owners and tenants benefit from high-value decision-making that’s always safe.

Julie brings all required real estate certifications, participates in continuing education, and is especially skilled in today’s many forms of modern communication. At all times, Julie’s focus is on client care and trust.

Today, Julie lives in nearby Berridale, and in her spare time, she coaches her son’s soccer team, enjoys camping, loves skiing and the mountain bike trails.
